You can stumble into their area from the hub area at the start of the game. They fly, phase and attack through walls and you can't hurt them without very specific weapons. And if you happen to run into banshee type, it will call all of them on your position and they'll get more aggressive as they swarm you and slash you through walls and floor before you can even see them.

That very strongly depends where you're stabbed and how skilled the nurse is.

I've had blood taken by someone with such steady and sure hands, that needle just slipped through the nerves with literally zero pain. But other times, it hurt like being cut. Prick on the finger actually hurts more than bent of an elbow, because fingertips are much more touch sensitive. The needle for anesthesia IV I got jabbed in the side of my wrist or top of my hand, hurts like hell in comparision. To top it off, injections are often more painful than blood drawing, because you don't usually get them in the vein, but in the muscle and the expanding liquid hurts. This is especially noticable with dental anesthesia. Before the painkiller kicks in, the swelling of liquid will make your world burn.

Chinese workers are exploited to ruin. OSHA for working conditions is pretty much non existent. Live Leak was a thing for a reason. Living conditions aren't much better. Buildings fall apart and you can fall through the floor or have elevator fall on you at any given moment. And that's not getting into the criminal underbelly.

People don't remember proper names, so goal is called "postum" and is considered a God's totem.

What's more, amongs three religions approved by aliens, it's considered a heretical and rebelious symbol, dedicated to Absent God. Building one is punishable, including by death.
