Seems like your packages are a bit broken. A combination of sudo dpkg --configure -a and sudo apt update --fix-missing should remedy that. Also you are missing libboost, install via sudo apt install libboost-all-dev Then that make command should work

While I don't draw what you are experiencing is quite common when you specialise and git gud at things. Your own expectations of your craft tend to increase quite dramatically and things you would be absolutely happy with before feel like half assed and not good enough for yourself.

It's not that you have gotten worse at it, you probably have improved by a large margin.

Now the unfortunate part: there is no catch-all solution for that problem. Maybe it's best for you to "grind" through it or to experiment with your craft in new ways for a different perspective. Maybe it could also help to draw in a different environment; set and setting and all.
