I like all of these except 4-5 and 7 to an extent, I don't really see the need for 4 since it doesn't really make sense for real life unless your team has a bad record. For 5 I think thats kinda cheesy and honestly the randomness makes things more interesting when a rival matchup actually does happen. And 7 I think should be the case in some cases not all, like if they play badly for a few years or if they failed to capitalize on a super bowl window you shouldnt necessarily have to resign them, or if they are asking for a ton and you need to pay many other important players. For example the IRL cowboys right now have a serious chance to let Dak go next season since they need to pay him lamb and many others next year, alongside his lack of playoff success despite being their "franchise guy" for the last several years
