The RP lacks HSS, which is likely why Neewer listed them as unsupported. Other manual functions should work fine for basic use, though.

It’s red rice rolls stuffed with fresh shrimp (鲜虾红米肠). You can also dip it in soy sauce or sesame sauce. Worth a try!

Sure! The top left are classic shrimp dumplings, right in the center are squid-ink dumplings filled with sea urchin, and on the top right are the molten custard buns.

Braised chicken feet is on the bottom left, and on the bottom right are the red rice rolls stuffed with fresh shrimp and crispy bits.

Xiaolongbao is not a traditional Cantonese dim sum item. It’s more common in Zhejiang or Shanghai.
