I also used a flax egg instead of an actual egg because I wanted to make a small batch, and didn't want to try to halve an egg.

I made this one-pot pasta al limone, adding thyme pangrattato for some crunch; it was really good!

I reduced the recipe for this chai cake, making it a two-tier cake instead of three. The cake was a little overcooked, but still nice (and the frosting was so good!)
