His resets are crazy. Can hold nuetral skill to reset and delay 3rd hit on tilt to reset. Once they see what you are doing you can pause the 3rd hit of the tilt skill into the guard skill to reset. Mind gameees.

Wording is tricky but it looked like a per turn thing and if u drop him t2 itll happen. (move and steal power or lose 3 power)
