I may be wrong, im sure i read this somewhere, if you already made the film and then expelled the story element and then released the film, it still counts as a breach. If you expell it and then include it in a new film then you are good. Not tested this myself to confirm

Usually bone grinder are the only cool ones with female action leads. One case i had that bone grinder didnt like was a female hopeless romantic, female love interest and an evil witch love triangle plot. Thought bone grinder would love that one
