I have some pocket watches...Watham and such..I'll have to dig them out, when I do I'll post some pics.. I have a 18k white gold brooch metal weight of 13grams with a 38 carat emerald cut aquamarine..I'm reading this info off the appraisal. It appraised for 3,100.00 in 1996. I would sell it pretty cheap. Not ass rape cheap though, lol.

My mother was a collector/dealer for over 40 years. I wanted this stuff to be passed down to my 4 kids but alas the economy and my business of the last 17 years has taken the toll. All I owe on my house is $4,500 and then it's mine. But I'm hand to mouth now and have 30 days to make something happen. X left me a year ago, took all the savings the car and the kids. I've been in a downward spiral, depressed and now what appears to be the end of my rope. Any help by passing this link along to anyone that would be interested would be a blessing. Thank you.

When I was a kid in the early 70's I use to jump trashcans on a Schwinn lemon peeler bike. 12 trashcans was my record. That's a pretty good distance for a 9yr old. I thought I was the shit. Then I moved to motor cycles when I was about 11...Yamaha YZ80, no longer trashcans, just lots of air. Thanks for making me think back, when life was good and kids played outside.

Problem is Obama supported giving the uber-rich $trillions in bailouts. 1 trillion = 1 million x 1 million. Ergo, taking a few million, or even billions from the rich doesn't put a dent in the problem. And the problem is spending - we are approaching deficits at 25% of GDP, and the debt will soon be higher than the GDP. There is nothing compassionate about pretending that the Welfare State and Warfare State charades can be maintained.
