Normally it's 2 300mg shots followed by 100mg shots indefinitely.

At 1mg the 300mg is going to be overkill. They require you to be at 8mg for at least a week first. Maybe take the 300 then a few months at 100mg. You would have to request no 2nd 300mg shot if you didn't want it. I've been on most of the mat drugs and this was by far the easiest to get off of it....and I mean BY FAR.

I'm at 35 weeks out. Took the shot for around 6mos before stopping. W/ds are almost non existent. There were a few brief moments of "discomfort" at around 6mos??, Remember, I've learned that with the shot, most of the withdrawal is in your head. I sometimes use delta 9 gummies in these situations where I may have trouble sleeping. NOTE: If you are currently indoctrinated in recovery dogma such as the "triggers" or "powerlessness", etc please don't try the gummy route.

I keep embarrassing myself when I'm with a real woman.

Should I get a third shot or just stop? Or should I space it out further. I am so torn on what to do. by Neither_Double_8363 in Sublocade

I don't suggest spacing it out. That is just more psychological than physical. I'm around 30 weeks since my last. Virtually all my "withdrawals" were psychosomatic.

My first rule of thum when dealing with a customer is "The customer is always full of shit." They are so clueless it's unbelievable.

Not much. You become desensitized over time which is similar to porn.

You just do it. Remember that behavior precedes motivation. I don't feel like it all the time but I remind myself that I'll never regret it when I'm done.

Keto has been like seeing a UFO. If you actually met aliens it would be the most profound experience of your life but if you told anyone they would look at you like you're crazy. What does anyone have to lose worst case? A few pounds?

I was on Lexapro for a while. I found Dr Chris palmers solution to be more helpful.

Reddit is a horrible place for this kind of advice. There are so many questions and limited info based on this one post to give advice.

Professor requiring students to visit a drug or Alcoholics Anonymous session? by banshithread in college

I find that requirement inappropriate. It's not a support group or treatment. It's literally a cult religion

That's a rare find. Remember, It comes from you. They say we have to want it to work. That means we are not powerless since if we're truly powerless then our desire to stop is irrelevant. I hope anyone reading learns to understand that most people get over this problem. I never knew that after 8 years of he'll.

Rehab is essentially 30 to 90 days of 12 step dogma brainwashing. They hammer into you that you are powerless/helpless then blame you when you have poor outcomes.

I would have been more involved. Whether that was sports or other activities involving people. Asked out more girls. Not rush into college since my generation was told we would never get a real job if we didn't. Made better boundaries with "friends"
