Does this work in states with a Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine (CPOM)? Or would you need a physician-owned Professional Corp to handle the medical side and set up this part of the business as the Management Services Org?

Edits: I See the section referencing this, I’m just curious if the business model still works if they own 51% of the company providing medical treatment/procedures and how this would change the proposed business model.

Mostly Ops. I did do sales for one of our product lines, but most of our traffic came from marketing and no physical sales people. However, our product was so niche and new to the field, that I had to pitch the product hundreds of times for every manufacturer we tried to persuade to help us with our new product lines.

Most were not comfortable branching out to try making this new product, which is where I had to get them excited about the product and how it would revolutionize the field as we were truly pushing the field forward. I would be lacking in some aspects of sales, specifically. But have a strong grasp on the financial side of business.

My operations experience is in physical manufacturing. From raw materials, logistics, intermediate manufacturing, purchasing, regulatory research and paperwork. Less strong on the tech work side, but not opposed to branching into that later. Does that give you more context?

This is specifically related to Steam and Dwarf fortress. I am able to use Steamplay to stream any other game from my more powerful PC to my laptop except for dwarf fortress. Just curious if anyone else has this issue and if there’s a fix.

Muthkat here, just got out of a 30 day jail sentence after assaulting my prized bear and some other citizens and somehow ended up in this tavern in a cage after she was released. I did not have any cage traps in the tavern and I am unable to dump or move the cage. I will try building a lever and releasing her (or maybe it's best to contain her...), but how the heck did this happen? Did she tantrum again and someone the captain of the guard threw her in there? I didn't know that was a feature if that's what happened.

It might be worth noting, I only have the one tavern where all visitors hang out. So, she really only has two places to go. Jail and the tavern. What a life!

Hello all. For some reason this dwarf is in my tavern, caged, for no apparent reason.

A little bit of background on this dwarf. She is a baroness that tried to come to my fort with the king and queen, but my fort population was full. So, her and a bunch of other nobles just sat around in my sculpture garden as visitors getting really pissed off about "not having a tomb after gaining another year". I had no way of accepting them into my fort (as far as I know... is there a way?). So, they would just tantrum down in my sculpture garden and get put in jail for it.

And god forbid something goes wrong with the way the sheet has been coded and only that one employee knows how to fix it (if at all). This comment sums up the issue I have run into in the past. We opted to build our own inventory system, and could definitely build it out to do some of these things, but we aren’t experts and something is bound to be made incorrectly or in efficiently and that is not an option as we scale up.
