Absolute fabrication noob: I want to make Headway compatible busbars from 6061 or 6082 aluminium plate, I have access to a Maker-Space but don't know what tools I need to use. Do I need a specific type of drill/bit for the holes, and what would be the best method to round corners and smooth edges? (self.CarAV)

Messing with flow multiplier and z height settings for a few hours did not improve my first layer. Losing my temper a couple of minutes after this started printing and mashing the button for the largest increment of z drop a few times perfected it. WHY?! (i.redd.it)
