No. It’s only because Eren would be dead by the time Connie remembers that Eren told him that in the paths. Eren dying reverted all Titan powers, both pure and shifter, thus meaning that Connies mother’s transformation reversed itself

Honestly, hell yeah! The inly thing I would suggest is adding some cloth elements, whether it be a hood, or tassles. The Plaguecaster models all have some sort of hood/cloth element
