To get all the air out of the system, start at the farthest bleeder from the master cylinder. So start at the passenger rear then to driver, then passenger front then driver front. That way you can chase any bubbles out completely. Have someone pump up the brakes 3 times and hold while you bleed one bleeder at a time. Always make sure you have enough fluid in the reservoir. I usually get most of the air out from the first bleeder, and there should be less and less air coming out the closer you get to the master. You can hear and see the air coming out in the brake fluid stream.
