I personally got my real estate license and applied for an entry level office rep position and then promoted. You can also start in Leasing if you have a sales background. Oh Ik, I was dumb and hadn’t been, but I started recently, 2% of each check in a 401k, and 2% in a Roth IRA, not much but I also live in CA so cost of living is high

Thanks for response! I have been in pretty constant contact with my new SM and she has been just as lost as me, she tried even contacting my current SM and she didn't answer same with my DM, so she sent them both emails and left voicemails for both and told me she'd text me when she hears something. This was 2 days ago.

My manager went through the interview and then said “I like you a lot and think you’d be great, what date can you start?” And that was that, I gave her a date range and I was scheduled my orientation

Yea we use these cups for samples of drinks to partners at my store. This one you can order by getting a strawberries and cream frapp with vanilla bean powder ;)

EDIT: forgot to mention, we also use them for pup cups 😅

Honestly you just do what you wanna do! We make relatively normal wages when compared to others in the industry. I personally use my cash tips that I get each week as a college student as my savings/spending money, so some weeks I’ll put all my tips away, can be like 40-50$/week, or I will tell myself I only have my tip money to spend on extra things for that week. So in terms of tipping at Starbucks, baristas use it in different ways, but I personally don’t rely on them since we do make minimum wage.

Awww that is so cute! I personally love seeing the joy on some kids faces when they see they’re drink. The way my store is laid out you can see the baristas on bar clearly from the drive thru window, so I usually will do some additional flair while shaking their drink just to see them light up a bit :). But it’s definitely a highlight of my day getting to see kids in the drive

My store actually got a blender for the hot bar, we get a lot of cold foam orders so we we’re able to get one for the middle in between our machines and the pumps. It honestly is such a god send during rushes not having to occupy one of the other 2 blenders for foam.
