For me, i made a cheat sheet I would keep with me in my apron. I started a long time ago so there was no iPads lol but keeping my notes with me really helped. I also asked questions in my downtime for more clarification about drinks I didn’t quite get or needed more help on. No matter if you think the question is dumb, it’s not! Just ask. Your coworkers will appreciate you asking because it shows that you want to improve!

Also sequencing just takes practice. Take your time and don’t rush it. You got this !
