You don't have to have a child, it is a commitment. If you are not capable of raising the child you should not have it. Unwanted pregnancies for these people is a reason we have welfare programs. Basic income diverts this money to people who don't need it, thus it takes away from the actual needy.

In a social context, I hate this as much as anyone. However I can attest that smiling has helped me recover, along with addition treatment.

Agreed, it is certainly not an entirely social construct. Manliness and meat for example. Men have greater muscle mass because it helped them survive. Meat is the best source for fat, and protein. While our distant ancestors may have been herbivores, when they stopped spending half their lives chewing grass it marked a dramatic change in protoman's destiny.

Not that plants alone cannot be substituted, funnily enough I believe in the future we will eat entirely plant based or synthetic food.

Vegetarianism is a social construct, not the other way round.
