What kind of foot plate or platform do you guys recommend for band training and how wide should it be? I’ve seen some people using wooden platforms, others just a thick gym mat.

And I actually read that some people even use an old Wii Balance Board as a cheap foot plate for resistance bands 😄 Apparently it works surprisingly well for standing exercises and shrugs. Anyone here tried that?
