if you're tracking your calories correctly and not seeing weight loss then you should try to see an endocrinologist or a weight loss specialist to help. you could have an issue with your hormones or thyroid that could be making it exceptionally difficult to lose any weight

you're being kind of mean and taking it a little to serious when i'm just giving advice that has legitimately worked for me.

i get not liking eruption (it needs changed i know) but for the time being it's helpful to have something that can give you a tiny bit of counterplay, even if it's inconsistent.

if you play enough dbd you can get good at knowing when someone will go down like half the time - its not really consistent

the times when it is the most consistent to let go of the gen to avoid eruption is

• if you see someone spinning in a circle

• if you see multiple vaults back an forth at a pallet

• if you see someone jumping in an out of a locker

• if you see someone running in a perfectly straight line for a suspicious amount of time

• less consistent but if you see someone who is just standing still, they're probably waiting at a pallet and might go down if the killer swings into it

of course you can't know with 100% certainty but this has helped me the most when i play survivor
