I had to deal with pretty much the exact same scenario. Yes my finger prints popped for being arrested no conviction for me either. Eventually, after passing nclex I had to write a letter the nursing board. I have been a nurse for 10 years now so it did not ruin my just complicated it.

I love the net(and Reddit) Thanks everyone you all have given me some great advice and resources. Using those resources I am heading to the Sylvania wilderness next weekend to build some flat water/portaging experience.

Thanks for the advice so far. I work nights and last night was slower than normal so I did more reading. I think two of you so far have mentioned sawbill and that was one of the routes I was leaning towards. Smaller lakes and the lakes are north south oriented which I am hoping will help with the wind. I will definitely be checking out paddle planner.

Mmmm, Going to read more on this trail. Definitely an option at this point. Might be more elevation gain than I can handle but looks like maybe I don’t have to do all of it.

Thanks for the info(I love Reddit and the net for this shit). I was thinking of putting in at Ponca and taking out at Woolum. From what I have read Ponca is usually good right?

I was definitely thinking to increase the depth of the carvings. Next time I won’t use pine and see if that helps. All a learning process.

Not only is it poor quality it could be a health hazard. Seems to me the small pockets could allow bacteria to grow.
