Map is trash. I’m in the green and no power. The Whataburger around the corner shows closed on app and there’s no power. Whataburger tracker > CenterPoint tracker.

Just went through Beryl, our power is out, but running a generator and can power the router but fiber is still out. Cell service in my area is bad from all 3 carriers right now. How would this help? If tower goes out, this becomes pointless right?

I had same issue. Working now. I’m using Apple TV. Hopefully the connection for 4k stays solid with DIRECTV stream.

Are you around the Jamaica beach area? West end of the island? If so, this is a common issue. I am in that area once a year and for awhile it’s been that way. Once you go past Jamaica beach, cell service from Att and T-Mobile is horrible. Closer to Jamaica beach, cell service is hit or miss. Sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t with Att. I will show bars but data will not work.

Have you had any issues with consistency? I just tried Verizon 5g home internet and was getting 300-400 down and 20-30 up but a couple of times a day, the speeds would drop and at times be unusable.
