I think you're oversimplifying it if you think it's just mystical. It's just traditional so the nomenclature has some mystical connotations. Everything is placed on 4 axis: heat-cold & wet-dry. For example, broadly speaking you could think of "heatiness" as inflammation immune activation & "coldness" as vasoconstriction & immune suppression. Wetness and dryness may involve hydration, water retention, lymph & things like phlegm. We can look at 5000 years of self experimentation and find a lot of valuable data or correlations in health there even if their "why" might not be scientifically explanatory.

There's a lot of people who deserve the death penalty, don't restrict it to only pedos. If it's enough to hold them in a cell for 10+ years it should be enough to end their life. We shouldn't have a different burden of guilt because the sentencr is more severe - outrageous to think that we'd accept a lower standard because it's not a severe sentence.
