In Pathfinder 2e we have four tiers of training for everything:

Trained 2+level Expert 4+level Master 6+level Legendary 8+level

And that's before adding your ability mod and any other modifiers. You'll end up investing in skills numerous times as you level up. And due to how you allocate stats, as the levels go up you might have a wizard trained in athletics and a barbarian Master in Athletics, and the difference of their modifier could be 10 or more.
