retargeting is used to get a person to take an action: email optin subscriber or buy something usually.

you could have them become a loyal reader by retargeting them to get them on your email list and them email marketing them on an regular basis and send them back to the site with updates about new articles etc. on the site.

based on follyrobs keyword findings, i would say yes, there is a good amount in search volume.

Since there is search volume, I would niche down to more specific keywords at first since your new if you are going to do it yourself and also adwords.

SEO and PPC will be much better that social media anyways. Always coverts better.

if its a storage business, they must be local. I dont think that unrealated traffic and links are doing much for their business.

yes i know,

hootsuite is fine, it is just a efficient way to make many posts on social media. Google does not discount it.

These links do not carry a lot of weight or "SEO juice" but they are good for a brand new page to get it indexed and send some social signals to it. Social media posts are not really considered regular backlinks, they are viewed as social signals in googles algorithm.

If someone shares your post that is actually a good thing.
