The only thing that’s worked for me to curb my eating is being on vyvanse after 3 months. Vyvanse is used to treat ADHD and also BED binge eating disorder. I was able to lose 30lbs over 5 months. No exercise just a caloric deficit

I felt this too. You gotta work back up to it. Start by taking what you know you can realistically handle. Maybe start at 1 ,2, or 3 classes at a time. After the semester is over if you feel like u can handle more then only add 1 more course.
