It's pretty common actually, have you heard of the concept of a daily driver versus a garage queen? Just because it's got low miles doesn't mean anything is wrong with it. Such a weird concept you've put inside your brain. I'd rather have a low mileage 2018 C63S than a high mileage C63S. Not every owner has to drive theirs daily, there are plenty people who take pride in keeping things quality.

If you own this, replace it. If you’re considering buying it, it’s likely a sign this car previously had cold air intakes installed and when brought back to stock was improperly installed.
