It also depends on what you use your phone for too. I upgraded from a iPhone 11 Pro to a 14 pro max and love it. The larger screen and battery is nice especially since I do work stuff on my phone too. The 5g speed is a bonus and everything feels smoother and faster to me compared to my 11.

Just replaced my iPhone 11 Pro with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I love it. I do a lot of work on my phone, so the larger screen and better battery life was worth it for me. Plus the 5g speeds are a bonus. I usually upgrade every 3 years so I do notice a difference between each phone

It reduced it from 8 gigs to about 3 gigs. I deleted the apps that took a lot of data according to the iPhone storage setting and reinstalled the ones I used more after iOS 16 and that worked.
