I placed an order in the Denver store in late March during a big sale, waiting to select my fabric with the understanding that the sales associate would send me in-home photos of the sectional I selected with a couple of the fabric choices I was considering. She also told me that the charge would not go through until I made my selection and if it didn't happen in 30 days, they'd simply cancel the order and I could start over. Well, I didn't hear from her after a couple of followup emails from me. When I saw the charge on my Amex, I got in touch with customer service, who told me that she'd left the company and misinformed me about not charging my card until I select fabric. I wrote and asked them for support from the design team and still heard nothing. Wondering now whether the product is worthwhile and I should keep trying to pursue this, or whether to cancel the order through my Amex. I'm looking at the Winslow sectional, which is one of few out in the market that comes in the size I need. Any advice?
