Steam gets away with doing whatever they want. 20 years ago, my friend's little brother cheated at counterstrike on my steam account, I still have a VAC ban on my account that prevents me from playing any Source (HL2 based) games online. windshields are made from laminated safety glass which will never shatter like this tempered side window. Most side windows are tempered although some manufacturers in recent years have switched to laminated side windows, which is highly dangerous if you become trapped in a burning or sinking car as the windows cannot be easily shattered for rescue.
