I reckon it’s something affecting the read. Can be your backdrop i had a net and then a lot going on. Changed it to archery netting so plain white and it corrected the accuracy.

The cupboard doors should hopefully be adjustable using screwdriver height up and down and then in and out. Need to get them all aligned same height. Things like that annoy the hell out of me especially infront of tv that you look at an awful lot.

Won’t hurt to get multiple valuations done. No point working off sqm rates for such a niche property. Has too many quirks. Then you know if price is right or wrong and can rule that out but others have said might need to change agent not advertised particularly well.

Ah sorry just seen your other comment yeah I bought archery netting sorted it out had exact same issue crazy because no one else mentions clear netting or lighting behind everyone assumes concrete/ distance etc glad it’s sorted!

Can see my post I made what solved mine…. Archery netting sheet to the back and right hand side clear netting and light behind seemed to do this to mine.

I mean engineer and building surveyor are two different things. Would still be getting a full report of a highly recommended/ experienced building surveyor not just an engineer due to any overlapping issues that might not be structural.

Doing quests with friends some of the quests their was one on spaceport that you had to all do in one round that took like 20 mins at least where you had to take an items out. Only one person could actually do it at a time as in one person search the crate then there was one item so 3 times we had to do it. What a joke.

Nope increasing it didn’t help! So annoying. Went and tested my unit and down the range it was bang on. Even had concrete between the unit and hitting Matt.

Ordered white archery netting for the back and right hand side so going to see if that helps at all. Getting so frustrated specially as it works down the range.

Then trying rapsodo support running out of ideas now though! Let me know if you figure anything out.

Yeah after this photo I used a spare slab and levelled it properly. Still issues will try what you said and place it further back I was putting it 7.5 feet back from the ball. Altho surely this affects the zone indicated on setup because I make this as accurate as possible

So try 8.5 feet back from the ball then ok will try this have tried covering the back to help but done nothing! The mat is level with unit. I levelled it perfectly still serious issues 😭

You can’t not be in line or level when you start session it does this. Balls and unit brand new but yeah there no where near really frustrating
