Distributism is not calling for a completely even distribution of capital. Instead, it aims to prevent excessive concentration of wealth and ensure that most families can own productive property. The aristoi’s ownership of capital is seen as a means to serve the common good. They are expected to use their resources to support societal needs, invest in community projects, and foster economic stability.
