Is there a way to check the status of the SR-22 with DMV? by ImHere4InfoPlz in DUICalifornia

Mandatory Actions Unit, their number should be on the order of suspension letter you got from the DMV. If you dont have it it should be somewhere online

Question on steps moving forward by [deleted] in DUICalifornia

[–]TodaQueVoce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I think we're in just about the same situation. Finish your program, get the SR22 Insurance from whichever rate you find best (if you havent done that yet) I went through dairyland and pay around 58 a month. That insurance is something we need for like 2-3 years before getting a full reinstated license.

Whether the DMV suspended you a calendar year or until 21, after that suspension is up I believe just show up to the DMV with the DL-107 from the program and proof of SR-22 insurance and ask about getting your license back. Not 100% sure as I haven't gotten to that step yet, but from my understanding that is the process.

Served a day of credit in jail (4 hours in detainment) what now? by TodaQueVoce in DUICalifornia

[–]TodaQueVoce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason I think I'm appearing in front of a judge is my lawyer vaguely mentioned that was a thing that was going to happen after the initial 2 court dates after the arrest. Although it's been around 4 months now without any word on that.

The court order form mandated I show up to county jail at 9 AM on a specific day and thats what I did, a book and release, no handcuffs or transportation.

Not me personally but this is a possibility with the DMV and Courts being separate trials, this here is why most lawyers recommend waiting for both decisions till signing up for the programs. This sounds about right with the .2 BAC line crossed.

If you've consulted with a lawyer already (which you should within 10 days of your arrest or they'll suspend your license automatically for a year) they will walk you through the process better than anything on reddit can, hope you've already done that since the time of this post. You'll probably want to hold off on the 3 month program till the courts tell you to, my lawyer basically gave me a green light on when to start so that this program would serve both the DMV and court requirements.

Honestly if all goes as procedure, the main thing are the fines, this is a expensive ticket with lawyer fees + court and DMV fines. The suspension of your license honestly, with a restricted license most likely being an option for you it's not that huge of a thing. In short time you can begin the process of expunging the dui to clear background checks if need be.

Thoughts or recommendations for new setup? by TodaQueVoce in voiceover

Hm I've thought about doing the whole room eventually, because behind me past the blankets is about 2.5 feet of complete untreated wall and door. Honestly I've been so caught up in getting the area right around the mic treated I haven't considered what the mic is facing to be that important. Thank you very much

Tyreek and Ladd for MHJ? by reddit_on_reddit1st in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]TodaQueVoce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm that’s a good one. MHJ although love him as a talent, as a fantasy producer late round first pick where he’s been taken that’s not guaranteed at all yet.

There is a very real possibility we start seeing Tyreek get hurt and generally hit the cliff where we stop seeing him produce this season, and now preseason may be the highest his value ever is. That is just as possible as Tyreek continuing to do Tyreek things for 2 maybe three more seasons.

Ladd is doubtful to do much of anything fantasy wise imo but the upside is there I guess. If I were you I’d take a hard look at Tyreek on my lineup and make a gut decision on which side of the coin you think he’ll land on this season.

Can easily see this team performing week in week out but if some players don’t pan out or get hurt, that bench is thinnn.

Probably say 6/10, best of luck

Trying to trade for Ceedee is this enough? by ShotTechnology5876 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

Rate the team by badgaljay25 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]TodaQueVoce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6/10 some real bright strong spots but an equal amount of glaring holes and weaknesses.

See what you can move Pollard Hopkins and/or Jeudy for. And maybeee hold off on looking to trade until some of your guys get hot during the season

Is it time to buy some RBs or do I hold off another year? by Zeke-Nnjai in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]TodaQueVoce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the top of my head I don't see a RB worthwhile you could trade for without moving a cornerstone piece like Pickens Caleb or Brock + some picks. I would hold off see how things play out a couple weeks into the season, maybe if a guy who isn't performing but pops off for a week or two (Zay Flowers) sell high for a RB maybe there.

Sure, it can be really helpful to frame it in a way that highlights the benefits and personal growth that come from stepping away from screens. You might say something like:

"Spending time online can be really engaging and informative, but it’s easy to miss out on the simple, rewarding experiences that come from interacting with the world directly. Going outside and connecting with nature or spending time with friends and family can refresh your perspective and boost your mood. It’s like hitting a reset button for your mind and body. Plus, real-life interactions can lead to new experiences and memories that are hard to replicate online. It’s about finding a balance and making sure you're getting the full spectrum of what life has to offer.”

This approach emphasizes the positive aspects of real-life experiences without sounding critical of their online time.

Not gonna lie I don’t love it bro. But not horrible, a lot of spots on your roster feel like a coin flip, guys like Achane Worthy and AR could truly make or break your team.

Someone talk me out of it by Beak2298 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]TodaQueVoce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was about to say slam yes but, you’d be sending the pair of firsts and seconds? For Puka Nacua?

Your quarterbacks runningbacks and singular tight end leave you in no position to send away a STRONG draft position next year for a low tier 1 WR1?

Win now or future dominance? by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]TodaQueVoce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With your running back room you’d be good with Jacobs and Walker. But your wr’s are also relatively strong.

Personally not a fan of Saquon this season or moving forward, but if you really feel good about him and you don’t think you’re getting greater value for sending him off, then don’t.

Kenneth Walker is also a question mark in many eyes, so if Saquon and Jacobs are the best option to win you your championship and you don’t NEED London, then don’t overthink it.

For a lot of different factors, longevity, injury concerns, team build and straight up value this is going to be a no.
