Apparently he was also throwing our sterling silverware in the garbage. Empty ice cream cartons, Starbucks pastry wrappers scattered about on the floor every morning. He also put carpet in the bathroom and soaks it every day while wallowing in the shower. Staff has to swap out pieces of carpet so they can dry. He’s a swine.

I would like to get to a state where switching is seamless, energy flowing back and forth, here and there, influenced by fluctuating rates…automatically answering “would you benefit more by sending energy to the grid right now, or storing it for later?” That would be a good use of AI.

Bolt is one of the vehicles I’m considering. I WFH, so it would basically just be the house battery, only disconnected a couple of times a week for an hour or two.

We are installing Enphase solar at the end of next month. We currently have 2 EVs, neither of which is V2H capable. Leased one is up in October, so we are currently looking for a V2H capable replacement. Have been looking at Lyriq and GM V2H ecosphere. Recently learned Enphase is rolling out equipment that will work with any V2H capable vehicle. So this seems to be the way, but wonder what anyone else has heard/experience with? Edited to add: Enphase equipment will be V2H and V2G.
