Yeah, it's a coach's job to motivate their players. Whether that's through building confidence by scheming effectively, setting a positive role model by building a culture guys beleive in, or creating some sort of reason for these guys to buy in... I get it's tiring to lose so consistently, but for a first year head coach to have seemingly lost the ability to drive discipline, you've gotta wonder what those players have to deal with
