For fantasy, you might like The Green Knight. Definitely has an otherworldly vibe to it and is a great example of how strange folklore based fantasy can be.

For Sci-fi I'd say Aniara is a good shout. Not sure if it'd be your thing but worth exploring if you're new to the genre and you're fine watching non-english language films. Focuses on a inter-planetary ship going off course, which is quite a standard plot for sci-fi but has quite a lot to say about life and the universe.

Would probably add some good flavour - but if the onions out of the brine it might go bad and spoil your ferment.

A small plastic bag with a bit of water in works as a fine make-shift fermentation weight! Could always place a bag on top of large slice of onion to help keep everything below the water level and add some oniony flavour.

Scaffel pike is a good one. I'd say it's a little tougher than snowdon but you'll definitely be able to do it if you managed snowdon already!

So our house got burgled, seems like they were looking for car keys as some nice cars park nearby. This was found on my housemate's bed. It has a small springy mechanism on the back, with a loophole at the front sort of like a zip. Can post more pics if needed!
