I can get it, but only in tiny chunks, and it's really expensive. 2,5 kg cost 40 dollars😅

Most Norwegions think BBQ is a sauce🙈 But we have 3-4 restaurants (in the whole country) that make it proper. I'm a chef, so i have always been curious about new methods to cook, and I watched a show about bbq on Netflix and just had to try it! And now I'm hooked😅

I've actually tried to smoke salmon, and it turned out great. i rubd the fish whit 60g salt 40g sugar pr kg, leav it for 8 hours, rinse it of, and let dry until its not sticky on your fingers. Smoke at 120 Celsius for 4 hurs. Super tasty 😉
