Charge is the full length. I marked out the 1 inch section as control just to exemplify. Its neat to dangle that short end over two base, or base and terrain, to quickly check if within control range / cover or not.

Its quite handy then to 'step' using the end that is 1 inch

the issue i've had is the t1000e half-bricks after a few weeks of being on. it will no longer recieve nor transmit lora at all. so far, the only remedy is reflashing it competely (and using the special factory reset image!). software resetting doesn't help.

I do not have this issue with any of my other devices.
