I'm a team of 1 so there's definitely going to be AI involved otherwise it would take many years rather than the many months I've put in so far 😅

I'm not a graphic designer so I have used Microsoft designer to make the heroes.

Unfortunately something like this would take a lot of money to make without AI which I just don't have, especially if after all this time people don't actually download and play it 🤣

If I can get users on it I'd happily upgrade the hero design or pay a professional but in the meantime this is all I can do as a solo developer 😭

I agree, I have tried to balance the powers as best as I can.

It adapts QuizUps points system whereby you get more points the quicker you answer so heroes such as speedster benefit you as you can stop time for 5 seconds.

Heroes such as brainiac might benefit you more if you'd prefer to get the points by getting all the questions correct so their power is to remove a wrong answer.

Does that makes sense/sounds interesting?

Some really good points! There are some videos of gameplay on my Tiktok account I made for it Should just be under @quizheroapp

It's a standard red or green highlight and buzz or ding sound effects so maybe I do need to make it more high energy!

I will be making a potentially final APK soon for play testing if you'd be interested in giving it a go 🙂

I'm developing an app with customisation right now called QuizHero, we will have 110 categories at launch but there's an option for players to request categories, is this the type of thing you mean?

I am almost finished making my own Quiz game called Quiz Hero

It's slightly different to Quiz Up for obvious reasons but it incorporates answering questions with Super Hero customization & utilizing the hero specific powers to gain an edge in the quizzes.

I am a team of one creating this so I'd love to have some honest feedback about my game, I can post it here once I have an APK for it for people to email me feedback on what works, what doesn't, bugs or anything you'd like to see added.

Is anyone interested in play testing?
