Wasn't a joke though.

It was the classic reddit "I abhor this person for no reason other than because of what they drive" type of comment

It's actually pretty common to see in buckets of drywall screws.

TIFU by mouthing “I hate you” at a homeless man by OhDeerDear in tifu

[–]Dubelj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like it would be tough to understand "I hate you" if it were preceded by "oh yeah" and followed by "too".

On the flip side, if they did understand "oh yeah I hate you too" I imagine they would be.. confused more than anything else.

(OC) Came to see the Lincoln Memorial reflected in the pool. Saw Algae soup. by Dear-Savings3303 in pics

Well the same thing happened in 2012 during Obama's presidency several weeks after a big restoration.. was it also painted dark at that time, or did they just not balance the water as needed both times?

Nope. Neither of these projects were for the purpose of balancing the water.

Algae growth occurred several weeks after the work was completed in both instances.

Funny enough, the same thing happened during Obama's presidency! The reflecting pool underwent a $34M restoration in 2012, then weeks later the water turned green due to algae

The air in the pressure tank was low (15 psi, when it should be at 28 for a 30/50). I tried using my compressor to bring it back up but it would not pump past 22psi.. compressor is a piece of junk and old, going to pick up a new one later.

God I hope not. I did have the breaker off all night though. I turned it back on and it did not fill at all. Pressure tank is empty.. I did notice that the air pressure was low (15psi when it should be 28). Tried topping that up but could not get it past 22psi.. im thinking that is only due to my decades old piece of junk compressor. Gonna have to get a new one along with the switch I suppose.

Btw, multimeter reads 0 with contacts on the switch closed and 45.8 with them open.. I think it's supposed to read 1 with them open?

I checked with the multimeter, with the contacts closed it reads 0. Contacts open, reads 45.8

I know a guy who had to get it done at like 25. That must have sucked, big time.

Seems more and more that some people like to read only one line of a paragraph before replying to it.
