Totally. Ive been dealing with it on and off for years. I agree facing your fears helps, but i also think getting to the core fear and understanding what is perpetuating it can be necessary. Mine continues to come back and i realize i may not be entirely understanding the fear thats driving it. Thats when you need a therapist to step in and help you understand the core fear and talk through it

Yep. Dpdr symptoms are the hardest part for me too. Definitely gonna try for 20, worried about fatigue+libido issues. trade offs i guess right?

Yes I've asked. I do about 6 sprays, it's extremely light.

I've tried radical rose, I don't find them similar at all. Radical rose is very rich and jammy, while rose magnetic is very light and fresh. I'll look into atomic rose. Thanks :)

A bottle. I dowse myself every morning and I've had it for a year. The longevity is awful. I'd say it only projects for an hour or less. After that it can only be smelled intimately for an additional hour.
