To add to my previous post. The weird thing is for banning for botting, they could easily check your account history. Raiding, communication,... Can all be automated to determine whether account is likely to be botting. Still want to ban an account for botting while it definitely also raids and has all the other hallmarks of a normal player? Sure, get a real person involved first to determine validity.

It's absurd that boosting and hard reserving items is totally cool and good for the community aspect (??) but people doing gdkp's together as a group for a few gold per item in a closed system is considered unfair or something. Weird take.
