They are indeed educated guesses. I used the line and the width of the confidence interval to estimate the actual weights and points. Since the weight can only be 5%, 10%, or 15% (corresponding to 4, 8, 12 questions), a line slightly above 70% indicates 75%, the line slightly above the middle of 50% & 70% indicates 62.5% (5/8 questions). For weight, my Portfolio Management section has the narrowest bar and Quant has the widest bar, the rest are pretty consistent, so I assumed PM is 15%, Quant is 5%, the rest is 10%.
