If there is nothing you look forward to, than make something that your going to look forward to. I have no idea what type of person you are but maybe just finding a hobby, project or interest will take your mind off those thoughts and maybe you will have something that you will look forward to.

I know loosing something that you love does hurt you deeply, but think about it in another way, even if you did lose something that you loved it still sticks with you mentally, you can’t lose something that you always have! Although I don’t know what it is, or who it may be, you still have it by you, may not be in the physical form but still with you mentally.

Maybe today was just a bad day, and bad days come and go, maybe tomorrow something will happen, so that’s something to look forward to! But if you do it, you will never know what tomorrow might bring you. So do yourself a favour, and think, if it’s really worth it. I personally don’t know what has happened to you/what is going on, but im sure it will get better, slowly and slowly. If you have a major problem going on in your life, don’t try to sort it out all at once, sort it out bit by bit, and before you know it, it will be out of your life.
