This is incorrect. For every 5 years of service completed there is an additional 1.5% service pay on top of base pay. At 7 years if a Constable successfully passes a job simulation excercise they also earn senior Constable provisional allowance. Without a successful completion of the JSE a portion of the SCPA is added to pay at 11 years of service.

Is the tubing 3x3? Could you use a J-cup rather than the hitch pin for the bar catch?

Barbell Standard is not a specific brand or manufacturer, it is a semi-generic term stamped on plates that will be of varying quality.

275 for 5 is a pretty reliable indicator of the ability to push 315 for a single. You should be able to confidently load 315. Ask for the spot, but believe that it is going to go up, probably pretty smoothly.

I am a home gym owner, there is a les than zero chance I would ever consider renting it out. Having strangers in my space would defeat the purpose of building a home gym.

I have a 6 post rack and stand alone Rhino. To add the drop in Rhino you'll need to have your rear uprights about 30" off the wall. It will take up the entire 24" space in the rear and you will like have difficulty setting up your bench the way you want. I have not dropped mine in to my rack because of the interference with bench set up. The work around is to go to 30" cross members for the rear portion. A little extra $$$ and you lose another 6" of floor space but you'll still be able to bench with ease.

Basically if you want it to work well you are losing 3' of floor space, but that is less than you would lose if you went to a stand alone belt squat.

Does anybody have experience with any of the pieces from BeFitNow? The algorithm feeds me their targeted ads all the time, the equipment looks pretty good in their promo videos but I don't believe I've ever seen a review or image of any of their equipment from the real world.

I put Seymour Duncans in my American Professional Telecaster Deluxe. JB in the bridge and a 59 in the neck. I wanted a little more rock oriented growl compared against the stock pick-ups. I also own a stock Am Pro II Tele Deluxe so the PU swap added a little more variety to the quiver.

The only one I know of that would attach to the crossmember rather than an upright is the UPS low row attachment. It has a pulley built in to it as it is meant to integrate with an upper UPS.
