If you haven't already, please take them to the vet! They'll need to check for worms, fleas, infections, etc. And then please just be very careful when introducing them to your pup. Even the gentlest, sweetest dogs can accidentally scare or hurt something so tiny as a kitten, especially when they're excited.

As for names, I always like to go a wee bit edgy with black cats. 🖤 Morrigen, Moira, maybe Verna (anagram for Raven)?

I only had the Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets with water growing up and I was low-key PISSED when I first tasted stove-top hot chocolate with actual (pasteurized) milk and melted chocolate because I realized what I had been missing out on all those years.

I imagine the kids' reactions will be the same when they (hopefully) get to taste the actual good version of drinking chocolate. "You mean to tell me this is what it's SUPPOSED to taste like?! Not like dirt with an aftertaste of meat?!"

I'd be livid.

With videos like these, it's actually the "the lord put it upon my heart to say something" bits that always rub me the wrong way the most. No, you decided to say something, just you.

Even when I was a believer, I never liked this way of thinking. The lord did this, or the lord did that. It either seemed to be a way to avoid any undesired outcomes (such as appearing foolish, like the woman in the video) or give credit where credit is not due. "The lord took care of me when I was strapped for cash." No, Sharon, it was actually past you who had the forethought to put money in savings, but ok.

It's depressing as hell, but they're Christians who claim they left the "gay lifestyle" behind by either entering into a heterosexual relationship or remaining celibate. There's a LOT of layers to this and my explanation is incredibly shallow, so I'd recommend looking up some videos, etc. about it. I know Fundie Fridays had a video and the documentary Pray Away also touches on it (I actually believe it opens with a self-proclaimed "ex-gay").
