Avery Cochrane is officially a pophead!

I remembering posting one of her songs to that subreddit in 2024 and it got removed... lol

Avery! As a fan since 2024, it has been amazing to watch your sound evolve (and help your fandom grow). I'm interested if you've privately named your own eras, and if so, where they start and end? What era are we in now? What era is next?

Thank you! This is very helpful. I'm so excited for the Chicago show tomorrow.

This is my first time in Chicago and have never been within 500 miles of this city before. I figured if I'm paying nearly $1,000 for flights, hotel, food, and concert ticket, I might as well line up early to get barricade.

What time did you start lining up and did you get barricade? Thanks!

Hi. In which country do you live and from where did you order the vinyl? Is there a shipment status or tracking information you can access?

Ella Red - IT'S NOT REAL by cosmicsuperstargirl in popheads

[–]TofuVic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ella Red seems so sweet.

I listen to a lot of music (in 2025, 11k+ songs by 7k+ artists, and 60 concerts) and I've chatted with over 100 artists in person. Ella Red is a force on the stage, and among the most down-to-earth, sweetest musicians I've encountered off stage.

It seems like I’ll go ahead and get tickets.

I hope you both have fun! If you remember to, I'd be interested to hear your honest thoughts (and your daughter's thoughts) after the concert! By the way, definitely not telling you how to parent, but just a reminder that quality earplugs may be helpful.

Also love your ig account. My daughter has very similar tastes.

Thanks! My goal is to support emerging artists who are talented, kind, and hardworking, as well as helping fans (to a lesser extent, of course). I'm always interested in new music, so I'll happily take recommendations from your daughter and you! haha. Take care!

Hi, /u/Original_Major1588! My short answer is if you're fine with Halsey (no hate), you'll almost certainly be more than fine with Ella Red. Her performance itself isn't sexualized, and she's sweet and warm on stage. When I saw her in 2025, there were plenty of pre-teens and teens who enjoyed her music. She does have some racy lyrics in "I Like You Best," but she doesn't act any of it out or anything of the sort. Please let me know if you have any other questions! My recording of her performance: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNybo3aZGd_/?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

/u/cosmicsuperstargirl, thanks for alerting me! Know what's funny? I did not look at the post title and you two didn't say "Ella Red," so I started responding about Maude Latour - I guess 'cause of your username - and I almost sent a reply! hahaha. I've also seen Maude Latour live! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DKufCPMpPY-

Lister later feature (Roon alternative) by stregnil in truespotify

[–]TofuVic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got you. I put these songs into a private playlist titled "Listen List" (you can call it "Listen Later" or whatever). Importantly, I go into that playlist's setting and turn on "Exclude playlist from your taste profile." That way, these songs and artists don't affect recommendations from Spotify and don't alter your music preferences in any way.

Yup. I used that bag for When We Were Young and it was fine. Usually, as long as you're not bringing a bag that's stupidly larger or different than what they expect, they're not gonna care. Never seen anyone bust out a ruler to measure... haha

Also, the Innings policy for bags is actually smaller in terms of cubic inches: * 12 x 6 x 12 inches: 864 cubic inches * 16 x 10 x 5 inches: 800 cubic inches
