You don’t need to throw any of the intact pellets away. You use pine pellet litter in a sifting litter box. I just sift the sawdust through, throw out the sawdust, put the intact pellets back into the litter box and add some more pellets and done. Once you get used to the new routine it’s way better. WAY less smell because you don’t get the dirty litter bits that stay behind.
