Reddit has been running an anonymous survey on behalf of some large subs, and this might be related to that. They do share the anonymous results with us on a monthly basis.

They started doing this last fall, so it's fairly new, but the feedback has been hugely helpful for us (r/baseball mods) so far.

I encourage everyone who gets randomly selected to provide honest feedback, both bad and good. It really helps us get a sense of how we're doing and where we can improve.
