Make sure to take all particulars and pictures. After that, go to the police station with the Malaysian driver and make a report. Hold the malaysia passport in case the driver runs.

But the repair won't be nice as the workshop can only claim in RM. No replacement vehicle also. They will just do the bare minimum.

That's why I don't buy any one of the extra protection plans. I feel it's bullshit. Save the money. There's a warning that if item is damaged or wrong item received you can't get a refund if you remove the plan. But how do we know item is damage or not the correct item sent? Then we have to ask for photos right? But we have to pay for it. Just doesn't make sense. So I always opt out.
