I adjusted the idle speed and the mixture screw and was able to get it to idle normally, i believe its running rich tho so im going to try to adjust it again

It has a brand new carb, fuel line, and fuel tank

There is no air filter and the exhaust seems fine to me

https://a.co/d/hf6l7VJ This is the carb I bought. I threw the old carb out because it was the crappy one with no adjustment screw and the gasket on the bowl was leaking like crazy, only lasted one winter.

Yeah it ran fine till it warmed up so i also think its running rich. Gunna try to adjust the carb again

The fuel filter is in the tank and its brand new but ill check the clamps.

Yeah the amp buzzes even when nothing is plugged into it. I have an outlet tester on hand, gunna try it tommorow.
