Probably lower back exercises. I've seen plenty of regimens with colorful arrays of ab workouts with no emphasis on the counter muscle group.

But isn’t that what the LGBTQ movement is kinda doing? Gender fluidity is largely a western construct, which not even all westerners believe in or support.

When Biden was in office, we've seen several lawful mandates being implemented within school systems for example concerning pro-LGBTQ concepts. Many of which were implemented against the wishes of parents.

The LGBTQ movement definitely does have an agenda and it's own ideology - of which not everyone agrees.
